Im running just under 20 esps. And many texture mods if those count as well, I'd say around 10 texture mods. As said before in this thread, any more than that they don't get along.
As of 08/21/06 my count has risen to about 50. These great mods just keep comming. Not all are big game altering mods, most are subtle changes that make my friends with the XBox 360 just that much more jealous.

I have about 20 or so a few i made for problems and so are so small i dont think they should count, such as the oh so secret secret passageway opened by the very secret moveable pillar, WONT FREAKING OPENT HE STUPID WALL!!!! so i looked at it in the TES Construction Set and made a small portal that looks like it's replacing a tabletop that teleports you just inside the wall, and another to get back out.
I'm also curious how on earth anyone could get over 100, seriously, thered be so many problems... I guess i shouldn't be talking seeing as in Morrowind I had like over 200, every time I wanted to play I'd start it up and then click through over 150 warning messages telling me theres some file missing or this conflicts with that and so on and so forth... Usually took about 5 minutes to get through them all, five minutes of straight clicking and im not talking about the loading part... Well, at least I have strong fingers now...

It depends on the character I use. Right now i'm playing a warrior, who is not using any special mods specifically for him. I'm using Natural environments and it's addons, Strike a Pose and that's it. I just load those with every character I use... So right now it's 6, but with my archer i'm using a mod for marksman, for special armor and more...
