Can't Start Back Dart Gang Quest

I can't seem to find Narisa in the Bazaar sewers. All I find is this Khajit who won't talk to me. Can someone point me in the right direction?

If I recall correctly, she's not in the Bazaar sewers, she's in a different part of the sewers, but I couldn't tell you where. I just kept wandering around the sewers until I found her, I do recall her being near a gateway between two of the different sewer zones.
