How do you rate Oblivion?

I love the game. One of the best I've ever played!

I enjoy playing it, but there's definately room for improvement

I don't like what they've done at all

I haven't played it yet

Though a lot of it is due to my own personal taste. For me it's exactly what I was looking for. Now that I have modified it at least.

The next option seemed a bit too 'meh'...I love the game, there is room for improvement, but not so much that it hampers any enjoyment I get out of it.

There's room for improvement, there always is. Most notable is the lack of a merge function in the CS, and that mods can't communicate.

I love it!!

I really like the arrow effects, just how detailed are were the shots are placed, I have never gotten that many headshots before. And to have the NPCs accully talk to you in responce to your questions is superb.

I really like the mini games, I didnt think I would but I do lol. and being a theif is a bit easier but more complex so I really have to pay attention to whats going on around me.

Oblivion is one of the best RPGs I've ever played! The environments are superbly rendered, the arsenal of weapons, armor, and various items plentiful, and the side quests are quite the enjoyment. Numerous hours must be devoted to Oblivion to get the full experience from it, but that's exactly the way an RPG should be - time-consuming and intricate on as many levels as possible. IMHO, this game is truly an accomplishment, yet there is always plenty of room for improvement.

LAY OFF THE GRAPHICS! LOL

I thought my system would have no trouble at all with this game.. boy was I mistaken. Here's my system config:

AND Athlon64 3800+ Venice @ 2.4GHz
2GB Corsair XMS Dual Channel DDR400
200GB Seagate SATA II HDD
512MB Radeon x1600 Pro

With this hw, I still only get around 20-40 fps, depending on the situation. I think I need to upgrade again to get the full enjoyment ^_^

I really enjoy it, but room for improvement, as ever. ^^ They've definitely improved on some areas from Morrowind - but then seem to have made the mistake of removing some of the good bits from Morrowind and replacing them with new, annoying or even flawed systems. It's still a darn sight better than 95% of RPGs you'll run into nowadays, though. :D

Definately. Although the awesome graphics lag on occasion (namely when there are fire effects present)

*ahem*

I've gotten it...

Have to agree with switch. i could pick out stuff that's wrong but i'm not sure which is due to Oblivion and which to the Evil Harddrive Clickings of DOOM which the computer is producing...

Odd that, I have a less powerful system (athlon64 3500+, 1GB RAM, Radeon 9800 Pro 256MB (I think)) and I have no problems when using default settings, except for outdoors near oblivion gates for some reason.
Are you sure you have the newest drivers? And are you using 64-bit windows? I am, and I recommend it compared to 32-bits. For those who have 64-bit processors that is :P

Mark me down for 2 "LOVE IT!!!", my g/f pretty much plays it everyday while im at work and when i come home i play it while shes at work. I thought the game would have one hell of a time living up to its own hype but it came real close.
