Help! Broken Steel Project Purity water irradiated. -Warning- Contains Spoilers for Broken Steel

You know at the end of the quest Take it Back! right? How after that the water in the Project Purity water turns all nice and clean? Well part of that nice clean water has turned nasty and irradiated again. The contrast is easily seen and it ticks me the hell off. Its the area where the BOS guy flames the mirelurks-I would take a screenie but i have no idea how to :(. Is there anyway of fixing this? I'm using the PC version of FO3 and I have all 5 DLCs and bucketload of mods, waaay too many to list all of them. Some of the main ones are-
Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch(+all the DLC versions)
Cube Experimental (EN)
Enclave Commander
CALIBR
Enhanced Weather-Rain and Snow
Weapon Mod Kits
MMM-Increased Increased Spawns
MMM-Zones Respawn
Fellout(all DLC versions too)
Darkness
Malos Arena (EV)
