Looking for a armor Mod I can't find

A friend of mine showed me this site as an email link with images of some armor modifications.
One that caught my eye was different versions on the enclaves armor in various colors and versions with a full helmet that had a visible half face in orange red and blue colors. the helmet models look awesome

help would be appreciated thanks
