After completing the Sanguine quest Oblivion crashes every time I attempt to enter Leyawiin Castle County Hall.
It seems to be isolated to just the County Hall, I used COC to go to the servants quarters successfully, but it crashed again when I used the door to the dinning room that's off the main hall.
It was a real mess in there when I left. I had used some noisemaker arrows (Thieves Arsenal) too (because for some reason the Countess walked out of the room for a minute and just stood in the hall...needed her to run back in) guards were freaking out and swinging at everyone randomly, about 12 people were trying to get in or out the dinning room door.
I first noticed the crash the next game day, I figured it was so chaotic in there maybe it would sort itself out when all the NPC's calmed down and got back to their scheduals...no such luck.
Anyone got a suggestion for fix, diagnosis, work-around, anything?

I'll be darned, that did it. Thanks!
The only remaining evidence of disturbance was a single silver arrow lying in the middle of a hallway. Which meens it's been lying there unpurged/resetfor about two game weeks.
And there is food on the table but no plates.
Way better then my solution which was to teleport actors lke Mazoga the Orc to my location with the console so I could do their quests.
Now I only have to go buy my blackjack again.
