Thanks for your interest in helping out here. I haven't recruited any new help in quite some time and I tend to invite members to become staff when needs present themselves and at the moment that time isn't now.

As a word of advice I recruit people personally based on a rather time consuming look in to the most mature, helpful, charismatic, respectable, responsible and well-spoken members of the community based on their posting both here and in the wider gaming community (such as the official forums).
