I installed some new mods, and started a new game to test, however, I find my character, moving very very slowly. In fact if I don't try to move him at all, he very slowly slides along the floor backwards.

I tried switching off all the mods and the issue is still happening.

I also tried not running the game with OBSE and it is still happening.

Anyone had this happen before?

These are the mods I added:

Elsweye, The Deserts of Anequina
Cybiades
Oblivion Achievements
Verona house bloodlines
Vim and Vigor Advanced


Mods I updated cause I hadn't played for a few months:

Cobl
Oblivion Tournament
Oblivion XP
OBSE
Supreme Magicka
Tamriel Travellers

It was working fine before I added these.
