If that is supposed to be a laptop, I wouldn't put it on my lap. Your temps are way too high.
Check your fan - if you have one. there are air holes in a laptop. you should be able to feel air flowing out.

Try using canned air to blow out your air channels. They may be full of dust.

Some laptops have a removable fan. If yours does, remove the fan and clean it - clean the air channels too while the fan is open.

I got a new program and it actually works. The temperatures are where they should be. I'm using speedfan now.

Speedfan is a great temperature read out, but sometimes it can be a bit off, especially the sensores, still if you haven't cleaned your laptop its still a good idea to do so, just in case.
