Problems with OOO and Less Annoying Magicka Experience at least, I believe these to be the problem

Hi there. I recently started up a new game of Oblivion from scratch, and decided to finally use Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. I knew there might be some problems whilst running it alongside Less Annoying Magic Experience, but I liked what L.A.M. E did before so I decided to give it a try. However, when starting a new (mage) character, the starting spells I was given are far out of my skill range (level 75 to summon a scamp??). I'm utilising wyre bash, but I'm not familiar with it. Any ideas on what I have to do in order to get this problem sorted?

I don't know about LAME, but I think all those OOO mods on your Load Order are not required unless you're running OOO Lite. Are you, and you wanted those other things? Or did you think you needed them even with Full?

Maybe I'm wrong. Either way, tray disabling the magic effects plus enchantment? That's all I can think of. :confused:

I'm running Lite at the moment, as I didn't load certain sections I thought might clash with LAME. I'll try disabling magick effects, see if that works.

OOO also alters experience needed to gain skills. This is by default and you have to turn it off by including a turnoff mod. I would try enabling that because LAME probably also adjusts that.

You mentioned LAME, but I don't see it in your load list. Try putting that so that it loads after OOO.

Haven't yet tried the changes suggested, but I had forgotten about the experience alterations. I'll try altering that. The LAME esp is bgMagicEV.esp which is a bit confusing, but I think it was originally under a different name and they didn't change the esp title. It currently loads after the main OOO, but not the others. I can try changing that. I'm not entirely sure how to do it in wrye bash, but I also have OMM, and that seams to have a simpler way of altering load lists.

Update: I've changed the load order and disabled the magic effects mod. That problem seems to have disappeared now. So, if anyone else has the same problem, use OMM to load LAME last. Thanks for your help.
