Leprechaun Clothes Mod Dissappears The clothes disappear on restarting the construction set...any help?

Hi, I'm very new to the whole modding thing (sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place). I have downloaded a Leprechaun clothes mod and copied the nif files and other files to my esp file in the construction set. The leprechauns are then wearing the clothes and everything works just fine. However, when I save the mod and close down the construction set after a nice day's modding, the clothes are no longer there and the leprechauns are running around naked.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
