There's a site I frequent that I am occasionally banned from for no reason. Always the same reason/time (about a year ago). I didn't do anything wrong on the site, so I suspect it's a problem with my ip. When I reset my IP it usually works again.

At any rate, you are getting banned regularly because you are connecting with a non-asian IP, so the only problem on your end is that you are living in the wrong country.
