This would be a great Idea then maybe there would be more machinma and good ones like KDMD

the mouths already move on NPC's and your charcters mouth dosnt even show when you speak, so there would be no point in making a moving mouth haha

It would so you can make someone just keep looping opening and closing there mouth looking like speech and it helps when filming that charater

Yes, you drop it all in the data folder and enable the esp.

Also, a 'thank you' might be in order for Slawter.

Also the file is not a esp its a lip one so what do I do?

Um... I actually have no idea.

Gonna have to wait for Slawter. It sounds like it's a modders resource, and you have to have pwnsome CS skillz to use it.

It's probably impossible to let the player always talk without changing the whole dialogue system. If you're making a film you could just take shots of 2 NPCs talking as that would be easier to fake it with the player. The link slawter gave are just a couple of silent mp3 files that can be used to see dialogue-subs a little longer. The lip-files are just to fake the missing words. These are files to use inside CS. If you're doing that you could just use an .esp and get Tes4Gecko to generate it automatically.
I'm not sure what this all has to do with machinima-films, it's just a factor of interest by the people that create them. With some thinking you can make dozens of clips for every game.
