First off WTF, I'm the only one haveing issues locating the DLC folder.

I get this far...
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive
... but all i find is a Content folder.

Is Contents the GOTY's version of the DLC folder?

Finaly I'm just wondering how F.O.S.E. works.

Is it really as simple as just exctracting the file into fallout 3 folder and running it's exe to get mods like Enclave Comander to work, or I'm missing something here?

GotY installs the DLC data into your Data folder, so no need to worry about some "special" GfWL folders.

FOSE works by being installed into your "Fallout 3" (Data's parent) and then launching "fose_loader.exe" somehow.

Thx I'll try play without Live and see if it still works.

As for FOSE it still sound fishy but I'll give it a try.
