Little Help still Blender + NifSkope + Nif Scripts help.

Okay so I'm still working on trying to get a model/animation into fallout and I just keep failing.I really don't understand Nif Skope at all so if anyone has any advice/tutorials they'd like to point out I'd be in much appreciation.

I'm running Blender 2.49b,Python 2.6.4,PyFFI, and Nif Scripts 2.4.12
If these don't work together that might be my problem...lol.
