Level Up Freeze, never had FOOK or MMM

Hello all. At what seems like a random time, at lvl 24, suddenly whenever I try and level up it freezes. THis is when pressing done, or using the console. THis is obviously very frustrating. I use CASM, so it shouldnt be a corrupt save...any help?
