Oil refinery causes game to become non-responsive I must have the most bugged game in history

Ok, so I've tried every thing to get this to work but it doesn't.

when every I try to enter the Oil refinery to fight jinway the game becomes non-responsive at the loading screen do I need Montgomery to escort me there?

the mods I'm using are fook v2, marts mod dlc Anchorage, weapon mod kit, and fook DIK and am running

Fallout3_1_6_English_US-7280 pach .

so What do I need to do?

Try using FO3Edit to make a Merged Patch. It's saved me from countless freezes.

It sounds (and will look) complicated, but it's a very simple process, really. :)
