Each time i bring up my weapon and click attack with it, my game freezes and i have to restart my computer.

It started after i went out of the Fort which you come to in the Knights of the nine quest when you have to get the shield.

I have added a mod recently which changes spider daedras, so they look like scamps, could it be the reason?

Please help me, this ruins my gameplay:(

Doubtful. But no one can help you if you don't give us more information. Post your load order so I can see if you have a mod that might be causing your problem. Also, did you try attacking with different kinds of weapons? What about in 3rd person perspective? Have you been screwing with the attack animations at all?

Well, about the load order, i will post that up soon.

I haven't been screwing with the attack animations, no.

I have been trying with different weps yes.

Im gonna try third person.

Something else I forgot to add: Have you tried starting a new character to see if it's a universal problem, so to speak?
