Downloadable Content Not There

I have Oblivion for the 360 and I had a red ring so I got a new xbox. Now we did keep the old hardrive for itr and even redownloaded the content from the marketplace and it won't show up in the game. But this is only on other profiles.

I have solved it. Just go to Xbox.com/support and you will have to transfer your lisenses from both xbox's. Now I can play the DLC again.
