I wasn't going to bug the Nexus community with this, but the only responce I got from Bethesda forums is 'GARY'....

The discription says it raises the max level you can obtain by EXP, simple enough I suppose but does anyone know if this causes any CTDs, Lag, or other various issues? And more importantly, will the monsters tend to level with you? IE gain in strength as you progress past level 30 (with BS installed)?


I'd rather enjoy seeing a level 50 Albino Radscorpion, or Super Mutant Overlord. "
