Hello.
I am new to this moding thing and I have had some problems since I installed som mods, namely my fast travel function stopped working. When I try to fast travel it says "Fast travel is currently unavailebel from this location" and it doesnt matter were I am. Is this a known issue and can someone guide me to the right path?

Well... you could try this
Open GECK and add new script
Set script in category = "Quest"
Then type this in the script
scn 0EnableFastTravel
Begin Gamemode
enablefasttravel 1
end
And save script
Then make a new quest, tick "Start game enabled" and Priority = 100, then under
the "Script" select the script you just made, save and enable the .esp.

Get FO3Edit by ElminsterAU. Get Miax's great FO3Edit Guide - Web-enized. Once you're a bit familiar with the utility (the interface tour, etc. in the guide) ... enter the following in FO3Edit's Editor ID box: sNoFastTravelCell
The search result will be viewable in the left panel View tab and list the mods that have a "No fast travel" message.
The "culprit" mod (or mods) will have a disabling script, most likely. Either override the script in a merge patch (the guide tells you how) or uninstall the offending mod. Beware though, some mods use this setting only on a temporary basis.
Hope this helps.

It seems you have the Unofficial Fallout Patch in your load order before Fallout3.esm. Switch the load order in Fallout Mod Manager. The order should be:
Fallout3.esm
DLC masters, with Broken Steel last (to preserve the level 30 cap).
Unofficial Fallout Patch .esm file, etc.
