LOL, that's true. But i have raised my skills fairly high before deciding to cheat so.
Edit: I'm in the process of raising all my skills with 50,
Hopefully i'll be able to level up the normal way after.

What about when you create a magic based character, give her boosts to willpower and intelligence, and the game puts her intelligence in the menu at 35????
Would I have started out at 30 otherwise? Are these numbers random or race-based or what?Anyway, I raised it to 65 in the console. I wasn't having any of that. (I know they aren't IQ points, but it was the lowest attribute!)
