I know there is not enough Adamantium crystals in the game to make a complete set of Adamantium Armor, and I don't want to kill Apelles Matius 'cause I get one of those scary "THE THREAD OF THE PROPHECY HAS BEEN SEVERED OMG RESTORE YOUR DAMN GAME YOU MORON". Is there an alternative way to get Adamantium armor?
People may recall my "Daedric Armor" post as well. The reason is I am trying to assemble a full suit of every armor type in the game (not possible for EVERY armor type, but gonna do it for everything applicable).

Matius is expendable once you've got access to the teleporter that he leads you to, I believe (Gluk, however, should not be killed; he doesn't even have a complete set, anyways). Even if worst comes to worst, you'll have a completely foolproof method of getting to Mournhold if you cast a teleportation mark there.
If you're still blood-shy, however, there are assorted pieces of Adamantium armor lying about below Mournhold, in various hard-to-reach places. Won't tell you precisely where, since this isn't in spoilers, but look around a some of the rock arches you might find in bona fide Old Mournhold territory -- IE, building style and all -- where heavily armored people might go looking for some trouble.
As always, you could do the whole Fyr "disintegrate armor" trick, and then pickpocket or punkmug them.

Quite a lot of adamantium armour is lying around in the sewers in Mournhold, so I imagine you can get a full set with what you can get made. Some of it is high up on ledges and you'll need levitation to get it. A helm is underwater IIRC. Also there is an official plug in that stocks the armour in several shops.
If you want a complete list of every different piece of in-game armour PM me.

Well, the piece that's underwater is the mythical Addamantium Helm of Khrozhar the Misspelled, Reaper of the Thrice-Blighted Soul -- so it doesn't count.
But yes, you will likely be able to produce the full set of armor (barring the non-existent shield, of course) without laying a hand on anyone.

Hey i know that the orc in the craftmans hall has all the
adamantium armor apart from the helm, pouldron
and gauntlet, i found the other parts in old mournhold.
Make sure you dont kill the orc before you have done
the main quest in mournhold though or that message
will pop up with the whole "string of prophecy" thing.
an unbreakable toy is good for breaking other toys
