player.sexchange 0 (makes you male)
player.sexchange 1 (makes you female)
or you can do it like this:
player.sexchange
switches to the opposite sex
sideinfo: if your hair is no longer accepted for the new gender, the default hair is used
you could also use: showracemenu, go back one step and select your gender an create it like you would want it to look

I don't recall exactly what it is, but it's something like showracemenu. That's what it is in Oblivion, and FO3 uses most of Oblivion's old codes.
EDIT: GRRRR! Well, he beat me to it, but there ya go.

yes, showracemenu does still work & it allows for adjusting the appearance as well.

changesex from the console works without creating any problems, other than cosmetic ... the face gen, eyes and hair will probably all default out (YUCK!), so really, showracemenu is probably your best bet.
There's also a command that lets you apply an NPC's face gen, etc. to your character (it escapes me at the moment). So that's an option if you want to look like Moira, Nova or something like that. Especially if you are using NPC mods like Ling's Pretty Things that changes them from their default vanilla looks (obviously, to do that you need Ling's Pretty Things installed!).
(Pssst ... you did save your game prior to making changes, didn't you, Nagaoka?
