Clicking the one of the "Show File" links on the "Manage my files" is giving me the result dialog to tell me the file is available but when I go back (and refresh the page to make sure it's not a stale cache copy) it still shows the "show" option, not the "hide". After a couple of re-tries, it seems to work, and I can't see any pattern to suggest what's happening.

My main worry is that the switching is being deferred, and these multiple togglings may be happening later, and leaving the file in a random state, which Murphy's law states will be the one I don't want.

check it when logged out. If you have another browser, use that one as it probably doesn't log you in.
That'll determine whether it is working, not working properly, or not working at all.

I thought of that myself, but only after it started showing me a changed value, by which time it appeared to be right. I'll do that first if it happenes again.
