there's this mod i wanna get, dragon captains. the link's http://www.tesnexus....le.php?id=22595


well i cant seem to get it right, i have the resource pack and the files and stuff but it just wont show up in my obmm
so i was thinking what the hell. there's another vers, the COBL vers. so i need cobl for it (link is COBL v1.6.1+ - http://www.tesnexus....e.php?id=21104) but then i cant get that on my obmm either o.0 so a bit help anyone? either vers would be awesome.
