I need help downloading mods with textures and texture mods. when i use them the textures come as white exclamation marks with a red triangle around it.
any help will be appreciated.

exclamation points within triangles are missing meshes hon.If your not really sure how to install amod I'd recommend using OBMM which is available here.

In this case Fallout Mod Manager.
But i dont know how to use FOMM anyway...

Don't mind the report. It's just being moved to the right section.

Btw, to install meshes, just extract them from the zip, rar, etc. file and place them inside of your Fallout 3 "Data" subfolder. If the zip doesn't contain the meshes, either it needs one of the expansion packs (which you'll have to either buy, or install if you've already bought it), or the person who compiled the mod forgot to add the meshes and then you'll need to notify the author or compiler of the mod of that issue.
