the chaos armor doesn't exactly fit the dawn of war chaos, but then a again the chaos in dawn of war don't completely look the chaos of the model game and the books, all the armor is different. so id say this chaos armor is near perfect...
just fix the retarded arms and then it would be the only armor id use.

Great job! but could you also add the Seraphin backpack? I just saw in a video of UT3 the seraphin backpack, I'm not sure if you miss it.

nice armour... but under the Author it says "converted by TOXA".. when you say converted..how so? because taking a skin from one game and putting it directly into fallout 3 is quite illegal apparently.

It is converted from an unofficial mod for another game, and the author of said mod has given TOXA the permission to convert it for use in Fallout 3.
