I just got dead space on the PC four days ago, I've already completed it two times (On normal and then on impossible) It's just so... Addicting! The monsters in this game aren't your typical Halo 3 flood, or your average zombies. Shooting legs, arms, and heads has meaning in this.

If you're a fan of horror games, you should get this...

I saw it at a friend's first and later on an epic trailer on you tube of it, and played it eventually at another friend's house. It was really good, I must say, at least for the time being. If my 360 were around right now, and if I had the money to spend on a video game, I'd probably get it. It was quite fun.

It's a very good game, but there isn't too much replay value in it.

That info right there suggests it's not for me.

Anything I can finish in 2 days is far too short.

It took me a good 10-12 hours or so to beat it on normal, that guy was probably rushing through it.

Ha impossible in 2 days "impossible", maybe in a few days but in 12 hours not a chance, even in the console version i had a hard time trying to make it through the first chapter, the ammo is very scares.

after all that

spoiler be worned.

i managed to get a platinum trophie for that one, for the ps3. The hardest one was the leviathan if thats how its spelt, your in the pit and you have to shoot this enamy off the ship and you can only aquire 51% damage or no trophie, that was the last one i had to do.

With New Game+ the amount of time required to beat Impossible is considerably less. When I compared my two playthroughs on Impossible, the NG+ one was a good couple of hours shorter.

And since you've already played through the game at least once before playing Impossible, I found that my first playthrough of Dead Space (Hard) took longer than my first playthrough of Impossible.

What i was talking about was the first time playing, not the second time. Yes agree the second time round was easier but if your just starting off the first time it is almost impossible, but for me i kind of cheated and downloaded the extra content that you can get from the psn store , it does make a difference, especially a level 5 suit almost right away.

Horror games are some of the best out there. I haven't played Dead Space yet, but plan on doing so when I get the time. I was disappointed with that last iteration of Resident Evil though...:wallbash:and after a long "horrifying" love affair with the franchise, I was put off from the horror genre that I loved so much.

I don't believe that RE5 is a true horror game. It just has minor elements of horror in it.
