This is because of a message sent to me requesting the Military Pamphlet be added into my Veterans Dream Home mod.

If you are using Vista, open GECK as administrator, go to File (fig#1), go to DATA (fig#2), scroll down to the ESP file you want (fig#3). Click it, press set active, click OK (fig#4). You wil get a warning, click yes to all (fig#5). Got to Cell View, go to interior cells (fig#6), scroll down to STVDHhousemain (or something like that, all my cells start with STVDH and its the only one that has house or home in it), double click it (fig#7), click something in the render window once its done loading, press T this will put you in overhead view (fig#
. Use mouse 3rd button (usually the scroll wheel) to move your perspective over the trophy room. Click the desk, press T again will center you above the desk. In the objects/items paine, type brochure, this will limit the displayed items and cycle through the sublists til you find the Military Pampflet object (fig#9). Drag and drop it into the render window. You will recieve a warning as this is a quest object (fig#10). Press control X to cut it then control V to paste it back in the cell centered over the desk, press F this will force it down to the nearest collision surface (fig#11), now move it around to where you want it (fig#12). Save and exit (fig#13), then go to the house and it should be there. Bammo-your a modder.
