Project Reality not for everyone

Anyone here played a BF2 mod called Project Reality? It is NOT BF2, and it can't be played like vanilla BF2, It takes a great amount of tactical patience, and a small amount of knowledge about infantry basic tactics. It can be slow at times, but when the action starts...wow, it can be intense. There are tanks, planes, and helos...but it's all about infantry support.

Yeah I played it, a match can easily take up to 3 hours depending on the map, and without a microphone you are pretty much screwed.

Fun though

Yes I play this mod regularly. It's probably one of the best and closest military simulators out there. Plus there are regular updates to it and quite a few new factions, weapons, maps etc that are yet to come out.

If there are any failings it's the fact that if your squad sucks, you are not going to enjoy the map. To really get into the game you need a team who know what they are doing and don't mess about. Patience is essential. :thumbsup:
