Asharas Character Presets

This mod adds some character presets to vanilla races.

If you use plastic surgery in game or the console command showracemenu, you'll be able to select one of these presets.

Yes j4y1981, they will work as any character preset, you can select them if you begin a new game or before exiting Vault 101.

Igromania, that is one of Backsteppo's animations. I use the Grovatroon, that includes it. But it may also be included in the mod Tatters has linked here.
