Ok I just started getting in to modding my games, oblivion being one of many. On the contrary Im pretty tech savvy, I run on vista.

Before you read. I run on vista and have UAC Disabled! And don't have any kind of secruity running when I do try to play the game. So I tried downloading TES like it says I should.
So I tried downloaded OBMM and tried changing the order. I've even reinstalled Oblivion numerous times, even in different thing than C:\Program Files\.

So right now you can tell I'm really freakin furious. I tried every freakin thing possible and nothings worked. Can I get some help, please .
