Where I can find The third piece of Tesla armor ??
and by the way where i can find the medicine armor ??

Telsa power armour comes in two pieces, the helm and the base armour, you can acquire it from any Telsa enclave soldier you kill. As for the T-45d medical armour, you can find this in a sewer system within Old Oldeny in the north-east of the map. Beware however, the area is crawling with Deathclaws, if you have MMM enabled i'd advise you to steer clear.

aahhh you are talking about the Tesla Power Pack this was a test item that was dropped when they releashed the game i guess you can get it by console

Power Packs appear automatically if you're wearing Power Armour and don't have a weapon on your back. The Tesla one is two green canisters, this cut-item obviously was the previous version of the current one. All power packs are equipped by default and non-playable (i.e not world objects)

Dunno why you would want this item in-game. It would clip horribly with your gun.
