Okay so I need help with MGE Morrowind Graphics Extender

Okay so I finally got it working alright... well kinda.

I set up my textures to be 512 out of 8192... and now I can't change it. Last night I just figured, okay fine, I'll just re-install etc...

But before I start messing about I'd like to know if some one has recommended settings for me.

HD 3650 512mb GDDR2 128 bit
dual core 2.1ghz
4gigs ram

It lagged when I had 8 X AA and 512 on the textures, I had around ~15fps.
