Machinima tutorial?

I just got, as of 5 minutes ago, fraps, and i bought it, so i have the full version.

Are there any good tutorials for making machinima using fraps and Oblivion or FO3?

oblivion machinima tips 2, oblivion machinima tips 3. Can't find part 1 though.
