Accusing other members of stealing his mod, repeatedly. This is a neat trick since the files being reported were uploaded before his one mod.

You should have reported the file and left it at that, but you have to make a public statement calling another a thief. Once can be forgiven, twice with a over abundance use of the universal adjective is not going to be tolerated.
