EA's auto-kick/ban script is fairly strict on ranked servers.

*If you teamkill 3 +/- people and they punish, you get banned for one game round.

*If you teamkill someone right after a flag is captured and they punish, you get banned for one game round.

After that round is done you can connect again

If a long period (30min+) has passed and you still cannot connect, make a post about it. And we will look into it.

It should really give a message to the effect of "You cannot rejoin for X minutes".

well no not really i was just driving around and sum dude in a car started driving into me then he said to an admin that i was team killing when i wasnt !!!!!!

It's a bit hard to unban people once they're banned -- unless there's a rcon command to unban NAMES you're pretty screwed, unless you can find out your unique key/IP then I can't do it. It looks like perma ban may actually be working now, though.
