I used to play Morrowind all the time. After a break from it, I'm ready to play again. Only, I keep getting errors when I try to install. When I finally get through installation with no errors, I'll play the game for a bit, then I start getting errors again. The first one I got was a "can't load cursor.nif" error. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Well, I make that sound easy. Morrowind couldn't uninstall at first because it couldn't find the uninstall file, so I had to do it all manually rebooting my computer a million times and checking to make sure no files were left on the computer. Now, I've got it reinstalled and I start playing again. Surprise, another error. I can't get the game to load without the "morrowind has performed an illegal error and must close." I installed the patch... fixed it. For about four hours, then the error comes back. I try repairing, no luck. I try uninstalling and it can't find the uninstall file AGAIN!! I tried looking at the warnings.txt. No luck, it tells me that it can't find that file either and I have to play the game to create it. What is going on???? I want my game back!!
