Well, I've posted a message similar to this before and thought some people replied, It didnt fully answer my question so I searched on google and found the name of the person in my topic's title has fortify skill spells. After acquiring this knowledge, I went and found the woman dunmer and it appears that my rank in the temple I believe is too low. I am wondering if anyone knows which missions or how many missions I must do for the temple of Mournhold before she will sell me these spells(or if nobody knows that, then is there another person who sells fortify skill spells).


Nevermind, I found a person with these spells in the imperial cult.
