Where to begin...let's start out simple and honest. The character you've made is pretty much awesome. I know that's pretty generalized , but hey , honesty and simple. To elaborate I'll just say these things.
1. Although I think Save files are silly to share since it's basically like taking your unique thing and letting everyone else get it to do god knows what to it , from what I can see you're pretty fond of the character , and this being a roleplaying game , makes me feel you enjoy this game perhaps more then some people. Kudos.
2. You went and made a female character with bad habits,non-slooty clothing , and imperfections? Ghoul eyes? Seriously!? On a female fallout 3 character!? Unheard of. My flamer will be shooting ice next!
3. You sort of inspired me to , after my current playthrough with my big guns and sneak character to design a character with a story and maybe share it in the forums. So you get points for the inspirational bit. Good job.

Great looking character and a good story to go with it. I totally agree with Duzell. Sadly I'm using a female character at the moment so not going to download this now but I'm keeping my eye on it.

Ok, for purely aesthetic reasons, why is the eyepatch on the right eye? A right handed person aims a gun with their right "dominant" eye. Other than this one little detail this character looks awesome. Great work!
