kaarstag i cant come in!

must i do some quests to get into the kaarstag castle or what. (you know that icy castle)

It is part of the main Bloodmoon quest - almost at the end. If you choose to play as a werewolf you can walk in the front door. If not you have to try a different approach. If you haven't started the main quest go and talk to the Captain in Fort Frostmoth.
