Okay , im doing the quest "Finding the Horn" and....... I went to the mine and killed them dudes and it told me to clear out rest of them (but there are no more) am i supposed to go to the overgrown Spire? because if so its still un-enterable

But what do you mean by "them dudes" you mean the vampires`? yes you are supposed to kill all of them and then return to the miners. Talk to them and they will start working on the tunnel to the spire. After this you return to the AG
