i cant find any artifacts so if anybody could help me it would be welcome!

There are hundreds of unique artifacts in game. I have pinned the weapons list (the largest) in spoilers so check it out.
To that could be added 64 pieces of armour, 60 rings, 49 amulets, 23 gloves, 22 belts, 18 robes, 8 shirts, 7 shoes, 5 pants and 2 skirts.
If you are talking of Mournhold specifically, AFAIK all items come as rewards for quests so ask around especially in the Godsreach Manors and get the various quests on offer. When you have completed the Warlords quest you'll have to change sides to get the items for yourself.
Some come as part of the main quest. Once you have killed the leader of the Dark Brotherhood you can start the quests for the Captain of the King's Guard and you can start quests in the Temple when you wish.
