I'm sorry if this question has been answered 1000000000000 times before, but I just can't find the answer ANYWHERE (yes, I googled it several times).

Why did the Dunmers eat the horses in Morrowind?
What happened?????

Thanks if you're answering,
Birrii

Horses taste better that Kagouti, and are easier to kill then Cliff Racers. Simple.

Just a cheap reason to explain why there aren't any in the game for riding. You have to assume they just hunted them to extinction, and it never occurred to them to herd them and raise them for the purpose.

Well, in the book Real Barenziah, the queen rode out of Morrowind (or a town, don't remember what) with a horse. o.O

But the reason Bethesda didn't make the horses is because they ran out of time and out of money.

But thanks anyway :3
