Can any one help me ? Problem with graphics

Hello i have a problem, when i'm playing morrowind the graphics seem to break up for about five seconds any idea why?

It is clearly God punishing you for not only double posting your "omg plz hlp me!!!", but doing so in the wrong forum. Fortunately, the solution is simple. A mere gift of $10,000 to the Church of the Hellbird will solve all your problems.
