i installed bloodmoon this morning, (after tribunal!) and after the installation, nothing morrowind related would work. The game didnt even load up! all i got was a "sorry! morrowind has had aproblem and has to close down, sorry for the inconvenience!" i get this every time i attempt to load up the game itself, the worst thing is it isnt telling me what is wrong, so i can't say, i reinstalled the game, that didnt work, i retarted the computer, it installed a new video driver for me but that didnt change anything. I cant even get into TESCS, i just get the same message before the program has a chance to load up.......I have a radeon 9800pro, and i am suspecting that it is causing all the problems, but new drivers are not solving it. can anyone help me?

I can't help but doubt that the error message returned is "sorry! morrowind has had aproblem and has to close down, sorry for the inconvenience!"

Either stop paraphrasing the error messages or uninstall Microsoft BOB.

I read the booklet that came with Bloodmoon; You have to re-install Bloodmoon to patch it.
I hope that helps!

@marxist
yes actually, that was the message, i did not paraphrase it, it is a message that came up on my desktop rather than in-game. and microsoft BOB has nothing to do with it.

@Tammo
thanks for the suggestion. but i managed to fix the problem.

Wow, that was pretty interesting about Bob. Right now I'm reading about how evil IE is. I'm glad you got your problem fixed! Morrowind is something that everyone should have tried at teast onc in their life! lol
