Details of Progress and needs below, these are rough details to look at the dialogues etc search the whole thread, this is only here so you dont have to read the whole thread, basic idea for mod below progress and needs

Pretty much the whole beginning leading up to searching for the amulet pieces is complete(in ideas and dialogue department anyway)
All Amulet Shards have a story for them, pieces 1,2 and 3 have dialogue.
All amulet dialogue including and leading up to amulet piece 6 is on page 24

Well im totally useless at modding and i dont expect anyone else to do my dirty work but i had an idea so i might aswell post it.

Basically after the main quest speak to someone important and knowledgable(Raminus polus at arcane university?Chancellor Ocato?) They will direct you to a a captured high ranking Mythic Dawn Agent in imperial city jail,after a little 'persuasion' he admits there might be a way to recreate the amulet of kings and crown a new emperor. This will require a test of Faith to akatosh(I mean he killed Mehrunes Dagon he should have something to do with it) The killing of a Dragon(Septims had dragon blood in their veins, so should the new emperor,You would then take the blood to raminus who will figure out a way to mix the blood with your own,while doing this Raminus will discover that martin could be resurrected in some way and you can choose whether to become emperor yourself or bring back martin) Now of course there is the matter of the Amulet of Kings, the game said it was shattered,not destroyed,you will have to find a number of pieces of the amulet and bring them to Raminus who will tell you that you need a spell to piece it back together(a quest for the spell could be brought in here)Once the amulet is reconstructed you will make the decision of whther to become emperor or bring back martin(requires an artifact of martin if you choose martin,a farm outside Kvatch as thats where he was born) and Then Presto either you or Martin gets a parade through the imperial city,can command the blades and imperial legion,gain 1000 gold a week in taxes and cant be arrested(if you choose martin as emepror you replace Ocato as high chancellor and get 100 gold a day as wages).

Its just an idea but there you go

Wouldn't being the Emperor (or High Chancellor) spoil the gameplay? I mean, when you're an emperor, you can't go run into a cave and smash Goblin heads with a rock, right? No more adventures'. You'd have to stay inside the Imperial Palace and rule the Empire.

I've always wanted to see the Empire restored to its' former glory, so it'd be great to have a new Emperor, though.

Not really. You'd be in charge. You'd be able to continue your adventures. Then you can bring along lets say four royal guards/Blades as companions.

Well in the SI its no problem being a boss, so why not here....
hehe except you need a dragon....

All is fairly practical and doable.

And 'the pieces of the amulet' could be nice quests on their own already.
Cause they could have flown to anywhere, after the roof was 'removed'.
Or maybe someone picked them up , etc...

I'm for this mod. I could give a hand, but I'm no modeler.
So you would need: A modders resource or something not involving a dragon ....

Would you agree to let me work on this idea?
Would be nice if more people would join, could save time...
Its possible though....

Owk. Well, I looked at those textures of the dragon more closely. It solves my problems, so its workable.
Its a modders-resource, so freely to use..as long credit is given.

Well, ideas are the half of it. So that's no problem.
I could show you the way around CS in between, if you would like that.
You do not need to, don't worry .

Anyway I would like to be involved in this one.
Gives people another reason to complete the main quest again.

That's ok. I already mentioned 'in between'.

If were going to make this thing practical. You must think of creating more specific ideas.
Might catch more people into joining/helping too.

I'll sum it up:

MQ is done.

Someone important must be determined. Perhaps someone new?
There are plenty of seats inside the council, no doubt there are more people in the staff.
Raminus and ocato are good indeed. But you need someone to start with.

You got the conversation with the mythic dawn agent. etcetc.

You get two quests from the important person:
One for amulet->assembling the pieces.
One for the blood->finding a dragon.

Than you either choose to:
bring back martin-> involving a farm near kvatch.
or become emperor yourself->perhaps something else

both involving the need of that spell. A quest for that too, or just a visit to Raminus?

As emperor, you are able to command the imperial legion and the blades,
with a 1000 gold each week and its not possible to be arrested.

As High chancellor, you only get 100 gold a day. That's pretty fair...

Well this needs to be worked out a little before it can be worked on...
Of course you haven't yet, cause why waist if none does.
But feel free to release your thoughts on it !
