Graphics messed up

Hello, I am running Morrowind v1.2.0722 with a Kyro 2 64meg video card and whenever I play the game, outside there is water at about neck level, but it doesn't seem to affect the gameplay. Inside the boat at the starting water isn't there, but on the top deck I can see people through walls.

Does anyone know of any ways to fix this? Thanks for any help.

I have this exact same problem. Im not sure why it happens. I have a different Video Card than you do, so it dosnt seem like our cards are the problem.
I find though that if you play in first person veiw and play with your weapon or hands drawn at all times the seeing objects and water through sollid objects problem stops. Though somtimes Ive had the whole world dissapear in 1st person veiw to. Just ply with your weapon drawn untill somone can figure this out.
