How can you become SPYMASTER of the blades?

Does any one now how to become SPYMASTER if the blades? I don't want a mod or a cheat.

Do the main quest. Thats the only way.

But you don't become the Spymaster. You become an Operative in the Blades and Cauis tells you that is the highest rank in Vvardenfell and that you will now lead the Blades... in Vvardenfell.

Correct. That is the highest level you can become legitimately. As you don't want to cheat MM you must be content. You can however rise to Spymaster using the console command pcraiserank"blades" a few times. If that floats your boat...

yes, I knew that cheat already, but I wanted to know if there nevertheless somewhere a secret manner was.
